REFUND, RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
Refund Policy
When an order is confirmed, Srot Farm does not accept return or refund requests, But If any of the situations given below happened then we will find a solution for you.
In case of received Damaged product
1. Srot Farm needs to be notified of a damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to Srotfarm@gmail.com.
2. In the email, the order number, the image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product to be sent.
3. In the case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing a solution.
4. Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
In case of product got Missing
1. Srot Farm needs to be notified of missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to Srotfarm@gmail.com
2. In the email, the order number, the image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent.
3. We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
4. An email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
In case of product got Spoiled
1. Srot Farm needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from the delivery date via email to Srotfarm@gmail.com
2. In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product to be shared
3. We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained
4. We will work with you on providing a solution.
5. Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
6. Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: KA-4, SABARMATI COLONY, KAITHUNIPOLE, KOTA, RAJASTHAN, 324006.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping
Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.
1. A complete address including pin code, email id, and contact number is essential to ship your order to your doorstep. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.
2. If the ordered item is in our stock, We will pack and dispatch it from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.
3. As we like to deliver fresh products some ordered items if not in our stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 5-10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed on every detail of your shipment every day.
4. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
5. As soon as your Shipment will dispatch from our warehouse, we will email you your order tracking details.
